Mmhmm...

There has been a lot that has happened since last November. I've grown up a bit. I've learned a lot. I have a better perspective on life. Everything is just..better. Megan is now my girlfriend, to start off with. We have been through many new things together, but I'm glad I can face them with her. We have actually been dating for 2 months since yesterday and I hope to have many more with her. God has been so great to me and my family. Most people don't get to see their significant other, but God has blessed me and Megan with being able to see each other around 3 times a week. I'm actually going to go pick her up from school in a little bit and I think were gonna go see a movie, maybe Where the Wild Things Are or A Christmas Carol. Who knows. But I'm pretty excited to start blogging again. It was fun last time and now its gonna be even better, especially with my pictures because I've gotten even better at taking them. Well I'm at YSU and majoring in Photography. I'm not sure if this is what I'm supposed to be doing, but God has me here for a reason. I just think school is a waste of time and I'm already half way through the year so I'm scheduling my classes for next semester tomorrow and I'm nervous but I know it will all work out. Well I gotta get ready for the day, even though its 3:30 or so, but I'll start to blog more. So until then, forfend my friends.

Sooo late!

WOW, what a crazy couple weeks this has been!!! Its been wonderful but very overwhelming! So first of all I WISH I HAD A NEW LENS! Becauseee...I went to see John McCain Friday the 31st and i got blurry shots because I need that VR lens! Also I went to see one of my favorite bands, Relient K, that night and of course 450 out of the 500 I took came out blurry! But I shouldn't complain because I got a couple of good shots out of them at least and also I'm lucky to have this camera. I think this week has been my favorite week ever so far! The first thing was the Journalism class went to YSU for Press Day and Mr. Bobby was there and I took the online seminar. I was soooo glad I took it! I mean it really didn't teach us much about putting it online but I got to publish one of my photo's on the Tribune Chronicle's website! My group also made a video on the Broadcast class we had to get info on. They even played the video when we all met up at the end of the day! It was a great day overall! Then I finally got my report done this week, and it took forever! But nonetheless its done. But Friday was a really good day. I woke up at 5:15 and went to Chelsea's and Hannah was already there and we went to the McCain Rally in Hanoverton at United High School. It was great just seeing the man that I would be voting for, if I was old enough, and got some great pictures of him! After about 3 hours of that we left and went back to Chelsea's to get changed and eat. After that we went back to school but I was only there till 6th period which really didn't make any sense. I made my way up to Malone to see my brother and Jarryd and we hung out for a bit then headed off with Ricki and Wendy to the Relient K concert!! We got to the House of Blues in Cleveland and wow, it was great! The first couple bands before Relient K were real good! I think they were House of Heroes, Providence, and Ludo. But Relient K came out and oh my gosh, AMAZING! They always put on a good show every time I see them. They just get better and better every time! After the concert we stayed cuz Ricki "thought" she threw away her license but she didn't and we spend 20 mins looking for it but it was good that we did because we met Matt Hoopes, guitarist of Relient K! Then we just went back to Malone and pretty much went to bed cuz we were tired but I wanted to watch The Strangers but I was up at 5 so that wouldn't have worked out. Then I stayed for a couple hours Saturday to help Jarryd with his nursing stuff and then left for Boardman. I got there and met Megan, Andrew, Michael, Kate and some others from their church. We went to a movie, Wall-E and it was awesome the second time around! After the movie some of us went to Cici's pizza and ate dinner and then to Barnes and Nobles and Megan and I talked for a bit and it was a good time =] I walked her over to Old Navy and we said our goodbyes. I left for home and watched a movie and was happy about the time change. So today was not that exciting but I got to talk to Megan and some others and it all worked out. I have nothing else to say I guess...but I gotta go to bed so till the next time we meet, si-o-nara!

This Weekend! Nothing to Great.

This is probably one of my favorite pictures I took this week. It was taken in the gym during our spiritual emphasis week chapel with the team of extreme bmx and skateboard and motorcross called Real Encounter. Everyone thought they were really cool, especially after they jump over the teachers like in this picture lol. They were really good at what they do. My dream was actually to become a great bmx and skateboarder. I loved riding my bike and trying to learn new tricks with my skateboard. I really wanted to be the next Tony Hawk you could say lol. But I guess those dreams just went away and now I'm into my new dream that I hope works out very well for me in the new couple of years. But anyways I hope I have some more to tell you soon. There isn't much to say I guess. Well Friday I had to go to the golf match up in Geneva and totally missed out on the talent show that everyone said was amazing. :'( I'm glad its over now so I can focus on my school work and hanging out with my friends, senior year and just the good times that are yet to come. Saturday, or yesterday, I went to the volleyball game (which the girls won, great job girls!) and then hung out with Amber and Sarah the rest of the day. It was a very fun day but we didn't get to the movies, which I have been wanting to go since forever! And today I'm just lounging around and doing some homework and gonna watch a movie after this blog is over. But I'm having some problems with some of my classmates but I'm just praying that everything works out in the end. I'm also having some problems with college. Idk what college I'm going to but God knows and I know he will put me in the right place at the right time. Well I think that's all I gotta say for today so until another time, good day!

New Cd! New College! New, new, new!!!

Since I haven't blogged in a while because I have been super busy again here it is! This past weekend I went up to Malone "University." While I was up there this weekend they had the ceremony from making Malone from a College to a University. So they had many things going on this weekend including a soccer game, which is what the picture is from, and also the Homecoming football game (which I lied to get into haha). The other event that I got to stay for was the Homecoming Dance and it felt so awesome to go to a college dance. Its not really different from a high school dance but there are just a lot more people lol. But my brother is pretty cool when it comes to letting me stay with him and do stuff with him. I can't wait till the next time I go up because those are probably the best times that I'll remember with my brother. Before the weekend my class and the junior class went to Chippewa, PA to this walk through tour of what aids is like in Africa and it is super sad what is going on over there. I just hope that we can find a cure soon for these poor children over there. So many of them are infected and World Vision is trying to help them soo much. If I ask anything from God, it would be to cure aids and other non-curable diseases in the world. Anyways, yesterday was a good day because I got to go to the volleyball game, senior night, and got some awesome pics of the girls and maybe we can use them for the yearbook. So this week I have Spiritual Emphasis Week and we have chapel Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday which is like soo great! I love chapel and the things I learn from it. Especially since this week on Friday there is a professional skateboarder or bmx rider or something close to that. So this week should be a pretty easy week. I finally got the new Jack's Mannequin cd I have been waiting for for like 5 months, literally. The whole cd is great but the first one has good songs but I would prefer the new cd better to anyone who asks. They are definitely my favorite band right now! But other than that right now there is nothing left to say, or as in Mat Kearney's words, Nothing Left to Loose. Oh, and I cant wait till his cd comes out too haha! Idk when but it will! Ok anyways I guess till another time my friends!

Busy, busy, busy...

One word that describes these last 2 weeks would probably have to be, craziness. About the 14th our electric went out because of the hurricane, Ike, that made a crazy wind storm and blew down trees and a bunch of other crap everywhere. I didn't have electric back till that next Saturday which was the 20th. Let me tell you, we take power so much for grantit its not even funny. Two of those nights I stayed at my friend Robert's house and we had some good ol' times. But this past week I had to get the newspaper at my school finished and that was pretty hectic. But overall a pretty good week other than stinkin homework and stuff. I got voted most sense of humor or as I like to call it "class clown" lol. I don't know how I got it but I did lol. So we took our superlative pictures this week of everyone and what they won. Mrs. Porterfield has been using me a lot for taking pictures and stuff and I love it! My new camera is probably the best thing I have ever bought ever! I can't wait till Christmas and stuff when my parents buy me a new lens or hope they do. That's that only thing I'm asking for this year so I think they will. Anyways besides that, Friday night I went to the EL football game and they finally won their first game in I think it was 15 games but I'm not sure. Trust me it was a lot. So that was good. Well tonight, or I guess I should say today, Sunday, was a really good night! Yesterday morning I got up and just got ready for everything for homecoming and went out and got my car washed and got the corsage for Lisa and I was pretty much set. Went home got a shower and ironed my stuff and headed out the door. This picture to the left is one of the pictures I have from before we left. The dance was really fun and I had a good time meeting up with everyone again and just being with friends. Well 20 mins before homecoming was supposed to be over, well actually I should say it was over, one of the speakers blew out and then we were told it was officially over lol. So we headed home, got dressed and headed out the door for something to eat. After that we went to Bria's house for some "fun" but not the fun I had in mind. But I won't get into the discussion about that lol. From there we went to Lisa's and dispersed. But I stopped at someone's house on the way that is special to me =] and we talked for a bit. Oh and btw I got asked to prom already by Bit and she wants something green so idk lol. But after I stopped at my friends I got home and now I'm typing this blog. This is the biggest blog I've ever written, or typed or whatever lol. Well I'm real tired and gotta go to church in the morning so I'll be back very soon to write more. Tootles!

Fishy!

This picture is from last weekend but I hope to get some new pictures here soon. This is pretty much one of my favorite pictures of the fish I have caught. I went fishing Sunday with my Uncle and Cousin. It was a fun time, we went down Grimms Bridge and then far back. We had a little of a hike but it was a good hike. I learned about some new fishing gear and techniques to use next time I go out with someone. Well anyways, recently this week I had to stay home by myself because my parents went down to Florida with my grandparents to get furniture and such for there new double wide home they bought at there RV park. We go down about every year in January or February just to have some fun and get warm lol. Finally, on Monday I got my best score so far at Turkana against East Liverpool with a 44. On Tuesday we won our first game! It felt so good to know that we actually won a game this year since this is my last year an all. We have another match tomorrow in Geneva against Grand River at this super nice golf course that I guess they use the PGA for so it should be pretty challenging. Anyways, lol my parents are coming home later tonight but I doubt I'll be up when they do. I've been frantically trying to clean up the house so it looks like I took care of the place haha! But it really isn't that messy as it sounds, well maybe my room but that's it. My school has a talent show coming up and I'm trying to find "Celebrities" to come and judges the people with talents. If you know anyone I'm open for suggestions lol. I think thats it for what has happened this week so far. More information coming soon! See ya!

Senior Team-Up Day

Well the other day (more like Friday lol) my class had a Senior Team-Up Day where we played these games that we got to know more about each other and just come together as a unified class. I had been praying before this all came about that our class would get closer and do more things together. These are some pictures I took and probably my favorites from that day. The kid looking like a retard is my friend Robert and we were playing this game and he was just being silly. Awesome pic! The other picture is when we were praying in our little circle and it looked like a neat shot and the b&w and soft focus made it look a whole lot better I thought. Those to girls are some friends in my class, Chelsea and Amber, and they are real cool. I was gonna take more pictures but it started to rain and I just couldn't risk my camera in the rain lol. rain+camera=bad! But I just hope and pray that my class can take this to heart and seriously be unified as one. Well I hope to post more pictures and info on here a little later! So until then I bid you farwell! :)
